Orkin recently bought out both STOPest Control and Banks Pest Control. For those of us who were accustom to personalized service, it has been hell. Easter Sunday proved to be the day the mosquitos decided to invade our territory. I tried to call Orkin to request service but couldn't get through. So I registered on their website and made an appointment for fogging and traps to be set out for mosquitos. Wish I could give no stars at all. Just fired these idiots from our two properties. Have seen more bugs and spiders since Banks was bought out by these guys. I have had to constantly "remind" the guy to do his job. My Tenent just told he the technician flatly refused to spray inside: stating that "they don't do that anymore". Fired them the same day. You can do better with a local company

Called for a termite inspection. I was told my request would be sent to their termite department and I would receive a call shortly to schedule an inspection. It's been over a week and no call or anything. Apparently they don't want any business!

We were customers of Banks Pest Control for 17 years, and then they were bought out by Orkin. We never had an issue until Orkin took over. Orkin has super nice employees, but maybe their products need to be revamped. I understand that pests can be worse depending on the weather, but like I said, no issues for 17 years until now... Another issue is being put on hold for an extended time. Be prepared to wait for some time before someone gets on the phone to help. Hopefully they read these reviews and fix their issues.

I wish I would of seen the bad reviews before paying this company anything...the first time they came out they were supposes to de-web, and spray inside and out, front and back...my jacuzzi was still full of webs around my deck...my fault I didnt check before he left. Few days later still finding live spiders in my house, I called the following week to have them come again...here we are a week later and Im still finding live spiders. Pick a different company. Very disappointed and feel like I wasted my money.

Horrible company and employees!! Came out to my place of business today because the landlord called them regarding a swarm of honey bees. Instead of referring the call to a beekeeper to come and easily collect the swarm the employee went ahead and sprayed the entire colony. This wasn't a swarm that was stuck in the wall, a chimney, or way up in a tree these were easily removable. Shame on this company for being greedy and taking the call. Will be telling all my friends.

This is a horrible company do not waste your time or your money they basically stole $35 out of my checking account after I told them to remove my card. Orkin are a bunch of thieves in the beginning they do not explain themselves I looked at my account recently and realize they took $100 out of my account after I agreed to only $35 a month I only got $35 of that hundred back absolute thieves. I'm only giving them a one-star because I can't post this without, they are -5 star.
