I have been with Banks before it became Orkin. We were fortunate enough to get Thomas as our pest tech. He is knowledgeable, receptive and very thorough when spraying our home. If Orkin continues to retain a knowledgeable staff as Thomas they will continue have my business and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Orkin pest control is HORRIBLE! DO NOT BRING THEM INTO YOUR LIFE! We live in a 36 foot rv due to fallout of Covid pandemic. It got infested with bed bugs (no idea how they got in). My husband was kicked out of his workplace. His workplace called Orkin to do an inspection and we were charged $4200.00 to fumigate so he could go back to work. save you time and money and do it yourself, these guys will NOT get rid of or help control any pest or insect problems you maybe having . This has to be the worst major pest around . you're better off spraying sugar water around your property then hiring these guys .

I literally see spiders 2-3 days later and so many other bugs. I'm currently looking for another company. Their products are just not effective.

Horrible service. Don't check traps they lay. Just want to spray for mosquitoes and not take care of reason they were contacted. Definitely cancelling. Had one good person then they change out with lazy people who do way beyond subpar performance save your money hire someone else or go buy traps and bait it'll be way cheaper and you get better result
Just awful. Late for appointment. Did a five minute inspection. Then called the next day to say they needed to set up another appointment for inspection. Waste of $105.
When we first started with service with Orkin it was fine. The last few months I've schedule a time for service and the technician just doesn't show up at the scheduled time. They'll show up at a completely different date and time and call saying they were trying to conduct the service but the gate was locked. I contacted the service line this last month and again scheduled another appointment for the service to be completed. Again the technician did not show up. LOUSY SERVICE! TERRIBLE BUG INSPECTION, THAT LASTED LESS THEN 90 SECONDS! Lol I KNEW MORE THEN THE GUY WHO INSPECTED!! They are not knowledgeable at all! There customer service kept getting the information wrong, no return phone calls after two requests!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
