The technician was early and very friendly and efficient. This is my first treatment for ants but it seems to be working so far. I was a little confused on the pricing. I thought the call center said it was a full price payment the first time and then a smaller fee for each subsequent treatment and I would be getting 7 treatments over time. The technician explained it was the full price payment the first time, then the smaller fee monthly even though they will be coming to treat every other month.
