I've been using Orkin Pest Control services for the last 6 years, and they're generally ok. I've had the same tech service my place for several years with no issues. He's always on time, friendly, and goes out of his way to do a good job. However, this time a different service tech came by. He was unaware he needed to spray inside, just outside. I told him we always have all rooms inside treated, along with outside. He only serviced a few rooms inside, didn't spray the garage, didn't replace all the glue traps, and left w... read more

I live 40 minutes from Salt Lake City. Apparently it’s too far of a drive for Orkin to service my home. Although it takes that much time to drive from SLC to areas within the Salt Lake Valley! I’m disappointed in Orkin. Obviously taking my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same!😡

Have canceled service contract twice. They keep showing up anyway and charging me. Don’t like how they make service appointments and always change them.
