The scheduling sucked. Left work an hour early to accommodate the technician causing me lost revenue. The scheduler on the phone assured me they could take care of the problem, the technician not so much but I did appreciate his honesty

We were very disappointed in our visit. The pricing that I received from the call center was different than the pricing the technician told us. When I called the call center again to get things figured out, they were not very helpful and basically told us the pricing we received earlier was wrong. Very frustrating.

I work full time + and am not home during the day. The time Orkin comes is dictated to me. And if I am not home only the front of my home is sprayed which may cover about 1/3 of the house. When this happens, I am charged full price, not 1/3 the price. It is a great win for Orkin, sucks for the customer! The service techs are generally very nice when they are here, but overall this business model is not customer friendly at all!
