We had issues at the beginning with communications and trying to get someone from Orkin to come in... BUT our tech Trevor did a good job notifying us the day before and day he showed. He is awesome and has a great attitude... he also explained his procedure and made us feel confident about taking care of our ant problem.

The people who have come to service my house have been thorough and friendly. They have sprayed, searched for mice, left sticky pads and looked where I have asking the to. I like receiving text reminders about an upcoming inspection and that she is on the road and heading to my house.
