This is the worst gun range/gun store I've been to. Majority of the customer service is awkward conversation from the employees. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted as a customer. The separate gun range is a safety issue and a hassle. You shouldn't have separate ranges rated for pistols/rifles, you should have specific lanes rated for both Rifles/pistols. That way the customer does not have to shoot her/his gun, pack it back up, walk all the way to the next range just to shoot a pistol calibered weapon. Plus the gun i... read more
Asinine policy regarding who can rent and shoot guns at their range. 52 year old cpl holder and 19 year old son looking to have a memorable experience. Smug cashier way too happy to not allow us to shoot. You guys give Florida a bad name. shame on you guys.
The range did not support zeroing my AR. I needed to test new .223 ammo but the range did not have a shelf wide enough to accommodate my rest so I made a long drive for nothing. The staff were courteous and the facility was clean and new but the shelf where you place your rifle to shoot from was too narrow (about 18"?) to accommodate my Scorpion rest. The "owner" Ray has clearly never operated a business before. They are a terrible selection for any type of gun service you can think of. They have a FFL license but make up there own processing times. 6 days after delivery and 8 after the date of purchase are you allowed to pick up the guns this is in no way told you before you sign up, after you sign up, or before the service is processed. Upon entering, my son and I were met kindly and with a warm greeting. The building and inside were contemporarily modeled and everything was clean, organized, and had a well space layout. They had 3 bays that were exposed for viewing behind windows. Well stocked from ammo to rentals. I took advantage of the membership sale, which gave me unlimited lanes, free gun rentals, free gun cleaning, and discounts on ammo / purchases. My father and i purchased a yearly couples membership online so we can both shoot. Went there for our first shooting session, and had nothing but issues with one of their employees constantly coming into the range nit picking at their rules. We were being constantly hounded that our unloaded, safetied, weapons had to remain in the booth, while putting it away in our bags... our bags were literally right behind us, so all we did was take a step back to put them away. Came to learn how to shoot my new handgun and the staff was terrific! Very patient, covered everything and the facility was very nice.
I'm a new member and attended my first shooting course tonight. The intro to dynamic shooting course with Cory was fun and helpful. I'm looking forward to taking more courses and getting involved in the shooting matches. The staff was pleasant and Cory was a great instructor. Everything was clean and the ranges weren't at all crowded. Can't wait to get back there soon for some more range time.
I am not a member here but have spent $1000s in the past couple years. Today, my brother in law and I showed up about the same time (15 minutes before opening to establish our spot in line and check in.) We were the 4th & 5th people in line. We each have multiple fire arms and planned on shooting two boxes of ammo each for the purpose of testing out some new firearms so that proper sight adjustments could be made.
