I went to the Orlando Gun Club yesterday (1/9/23) at the Ocoee location with my neighbor to do some target practicing. From the moment we entered the young gal behind the counter (who did not wait on us) provided an extremely rude comment to my neighbor. I was floored but said nothing thinking she was young and very inexperienced in customer service. Bad business. It seemed as if I was bothering the employees by being there. Was never greeted when entering or signing in. Went with my son who is 21, and was given only one range asked for a second range seeing we were paying for it. Shooting was fun ( of course) was told at one point can only shoot at target in my lane but there was no rule about it posted. I've been a member of the Orlando Gun Club, Ocoee location, for over a year... and love the place! Both the firearm beginner's and concealed weapons course were detailed and professional. All the complaints I've read about the lack of "air conditioning" I find petty. In addition, all the complaints about supposed "racism," sounds like a joke. My husband thought I should have a gun for myself at home for protection. I was not at all comfortable with even handling it empty. I signed up for a private introduction class with a young woman named Noa. She was thorough, relaxed and patient. She totally understood my fear and helped me feel A-LOT!! more confident handling and shooting a gun in only one hour. I am definitely going back for more practice .

This place doesn't deserve one star. A wanna be company with too many rules & over priced merchandise. Grateful we live in a country were we can go to other shooting ranges/gun shops that truly appreciates your $$$

What a great gun range, it's clean and organized very well run with great employees ....what more could you ask for! If you have any firearm questions ask for Charlie he is a wealth of great information!
