My VW representatives This guy Mark is amazing not only is he well mannered to all he reassured that my car was being taken care of but he did more for me as a loyal customer braking me feel that I was important and that I would be safe while driving back to Texas.. Excellent pro honest service Just bought a pre-owned Passat, took it for a whole car check up and update of systems. They revised the whole car, certified the car is in excellent condition and detailed the car. Guess what? Car in warranty..... No charge! Thanks Mark
greatest and fastest experience to date! Wonderful Salesmen. Derrick is one of the most pleasant and informative salesmen I have met. He was very accommodating, and knowledgeable of the different cars. Most importantly for me he has very efficient and effective with the limited time we had. He provided us with the fastest service I have ever experienced. We picked out the car signed the paperwork and were out just in time for work.
Great experience We visited David Maus today and were assisted by Brett Gold. Very good at his job. Good listener. No high pressure, gives all the pros and cons of your choice. Best Car Dealership I've Been To To put it lightly, every Volkswagen dealership I visited before this one was a waste of time. I've worked with this dealership for a lease, buying a new car, and buying a used car. Every single experience has been pleasant and defied my expectations for a car dealership. Derrick and Alex asked me what they could do to earn my service and delivered, absolutely no BS. My suggestion is to visit this dealership first if you're looking for a Volkswagen. You won't be disappointed!
Excellent Customer Service! Mark actually took the time to LISTEN to our wants/needs, and NOT try to just sell us anything that was out of our budget. He was very polite and he was very friendly. Very easy to do business with him, you won’t be disappointed at all with him. He’s an amazing sales person! Highly recommend that you ask for him if you go there.
