VW Tiguan Daniel was our sales agent. He was spectacular, understood our needs and interest, he was very knowledgeable of all the Volkswagen vehicles. Niko is the best Sales Person This was by far the best experience in buying a car ive had. And at 60 ive had a few! Niko was attentive, very like able and easy going. A great listener and courteous When a customer comes to you they are asking and trusting in your expertise and if there is any omission of discovery of hen trustworthiness hasn't been developed so if discovery of something a customer could not speak about is not a reason to not advise of the discovery. Deception is a destroyer of communication and an clogged vein of Trust.
Awesome!!! Jason knew within seconds of sitting in my Tiguan what the issue was with my ac, parts were ordered, and installed the following weekend... trust worhty, professional, super knowledgable, efficient!!! Way to go VW North!!!
Air Bag Recall Mark did an excellent job taking car of my checkin and the others were quick and efficient with replacing the airbag that was recalled. Highly recommend! Ps - Hi Mike Kapsak it’s been a while since I’ve been in!
Great staff and service! Brian made sure my 10 year old Passat was inspected and glad we did. A problem was found that was important to get fixed to maintain my car so it lasts for years to come. Thank you!
Safety Recall I would have given Mark 5 stars, however, I did not actually meet him. He was busy so another service adviser (Brian) helped me check-in. Mark did call me on the phone and they did have my car ready before I expected it to be completed. They definitely met the time frame I needed to have my car back. It is nice to not have to call and check on my car status. WELL DONE! I too will continue to drive past any Napelton (the one in Sanford is terrible) and across town to David Maus VW.
Way better service dept than Napelton! I drive past Napelton on the way across town to David Maus VW. Service is way better and cheaper. Same warrenty issue was told not covered was covered at DMVW. All issues covered and work was top notch. Napelton gave hard upsale and pressure to buy synthetic oil change ($149) was greeted immediately after pulling in by smiling employee.
