Great experience! I was nervous to have to buy a new car when my old car went out on me out of nowhere. Brett made the buying experience seem less and an overall great experience! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and I didn’t feel pressured at all whether I purchased a car from him or not. He listened to what I wanted and needed and spent the time to go over all of my options with me (even when I made him look at the same cars over and over again). I am loving my 2017 Jetta and would highly recommend him!

Car - great; Personnel - cool I purchased a vehicle on Sat 8/18/18 and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle. It still has remaining factory warranty and I've seen no issues so far (Mon 8/20/18). Great First Volkswagen Experience Frank is an excellent, patient, and non pushy Volkswagen specialist. I came in to look at a CPO Passat and ended up driving several different Passats and a 2019 Jetta, which I purchased. As another automotive professional I normally know exactly what I want and need before I even step foot in another store.
