my problem was not resolved. one low beam light bulb was out. they tried replacing the bulb. when I got home it was out again. I returned so they could try another new bulb. Same results. A waste of $50.00 I bought a new bulb at an auto parts store and replaced the bulb again. To this day, one week later, it is working just fine. Mike in customer service recommended I buy a whole new headlight assembly and let VW install it for a mere $585.00/ LOL
