They will always take care of you We have used a few other VW dealerships and they claim to care but the one on Lee Road truly does. Christian is the best service rep and you always know you are in great hands with Mike Kapsak.....truly a gem and VW is lucky to have him! Customer Service at Its Finest Brett Gold was fantastic. Not only did he educate me on VW, but recommended a car outside of what I was seeking, which I ended up purchasing. I can be a tough sell and Brett was able to get the deal done. I appreciated his sense of humor and wit throughout, too!

They gave me a new rims and new tires. When I bought the car I realized a buzz in the tires so we conclude that the noise was unbalanced tires. Then Alex order them to swap my rims and tires for a new ones.
