Extremely knowledgeable and could not have make our transaction any easier. Straight forward, no games, and very responsive to our needs. Wow Duckens Normil was phenomenal I came in the morning to service my vehicle. And while I was waiting a young man came to ask me to help him with a survey that was required by his managers. Alejandro Lorie I had a challenging situation with the TDI buyback and I needed a car quickly. Alejandro Lorie in sales, along with Charlotte Alvarado in finance and Alex Sloughton in management made it very easy. They also fixed everything I asked for on the purchased car. A Stellar Experience After visiting and discussing my current end of lease status with the VW dealership where I originally leased my car (who I later learned greatly distorted facts), I went to David Maus VW - North...the dealership that has been servicing my car throughout my lease. A breath of fresh air compared to my last purchase It had been 13 years since my last car purchase and I had gotten taken. So, this time I did my homework. Exceptional My experience with the staff was exceptional, Everyone that I spoke with through out my purchasing of the 2017 Jetta was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.
