Extremely knowledgeable and could not have make our transaction any easier. Straight forward, no games, and very responsive to our needs. Wow Duckens Normil was phenomenal I came in the morning to service my vehicle. And while I was waiting a young man came to ask me to help him with a survey that was required by his managers. Alejandro Lorie I had a challenging situation with the TDI buyback and I needed a car quickly. Alejandro Lorie in sales, along with Charlotte Alvarado in finance and Alex Sloughton in management made it very easy. They also fixed everything I asked for on the purchased car. Further, the buyback was a slow and complicated process and everyone was very flexible with payment and Alejandro in particular worked very hard on my behalf.
