Awesome service I brought my 2012 Jetta in for its 3 year service with only 10,802 miles on it. I made an appointment for a Monday. I got there and Karen helped me right away (she has always taken care of my cars) she told me it was going to take a couple of hours and asked if i would like a ride some place. I chose to just stay and enjoy their coffee and comfy couches. Service and Parts Upon entering the service department I was greeted by a very kind man that opened the door and took me right to Tonya , my service consultant. Better than average They are typically very friendly, but beware they will try to up-sell you, it's their job. Once you pass your warranty, I would shop around for some items like tires, repairs, etc.. Only gripe is that some mechanics smell like cigarettes and have left an unpleasant smell in my car when I've picked it up at times.

karen is wanderfull i took my car in for service and saw Karen she is awesum she kept me informed took me back to MrJason joy my technician he explained everything to me in detail and even replaced a fuse and a bulb at no charge after I did everything they wanted me to do. if I did not see whatneeded to be done I probably would not have done anything. 2014 Beetle R Line If you're looking for a dealer who focuses on fitting you with the right car minus the typical sales pressure tactics then this is the place to go. This is my second of the new -98 forward beetles, the 1st being a white 99 with the flower vase. I'm glad the Beetle has graduated from the vase and to the R-line. Quick and painless purchase Was not expecting to leave with a vehicle but I did and I'm happy. I knew the exact vehicle I was interested in when I showed up. The team was quick to get me behind the wheel, met the terms I wanted, and had me on my way. I felt as comfortable as one could feel during the buying/negotiating process, despite the fact that there was an event going on at the location.
