Great service My car dealer was jasmine spence she made every thing feel easier and more understandable , she worked with me though the whole car buying process and was very determined to get what makes me comfortable and happy , it was an awesome car buying experience with an amazing woman who should get a raise for all the spectacular job she did

Superior Customer service We are extremely happy with the customer service from this David Maus location. We would recommend it highly, it made the car buying experience pleasant, we felt well taken care off and appreciated. We purchased a red VW GTI months ago and can highly recommend this dealership. Even now the sales associate we were having the pleasure dealing with (Michael Hern) is following up with us to this day to make sure all is well. Amazing Service Wes Joseph was an excellent salesperson! Wes was attentive and hospitable. He was friendly, inviting and treated us with respect. Wes was articulate and very knowledgeable about each VW car we inquired about. Although we haven't made a decision, Wes was excellent. If we decide on a VW we will definitely buy from Wes at VW North.

Issue was resolved I went in because I was having problems with my driver side door not unlocking with the remote and the door was difficult to open. I took it in and spoke to Adam the Service Advisor and he made sure he kept me updated throughout the entire process. It's been a week since my car was serviced and all is well.
Wes is awesome! Came in without any expectation to buy a car. My wife told Wes exactly what she wanted and what it would take to get her into the car. He got almost everything she wanted and was very helpful. The process could be more streamlined, but it's no worse than anywhere else. The dealership is clean, but nothing special. Probably keeps overhead down that way. Honestly, we're buying a car today because of a good deal and a good salesman.
Friendly staff. Great service! I recently had my leather seats installed and they did a great job! Very professional. I totally recommend this dealership! Everyone is so welcoming and nice. I'm very satisfied.
