Very good customer service
Excellent experience and was happy with customer service because they explained everything in full detail plus gave me pointers of how to save money as well as get results. I recommend anyone thats looking to get there vehicle service vw on obt is my favorite spot.
Pretty good service and excelent customer service
I went in for an oil change. The service was completed in a timely manner and the price was fair.
I was given a reason for my check engine light, with the fix and cost. I approved the work. The next day, they called back to talk us out of doing the work stating other items might be wrong. I am not sure what changed in less than 24 hours but it was off putting, especially since I have completed all my previous work at the shop. I took the car elsewhere and had it repaired- for less than their quote.
They did a great job with fixing my car's leak and saved me money, so it was a great experience.
