I have been to this Dr multiple times over the last year anf have never felt like they didn't care. They have tried very hard to help me with the pain I've been on. Unlike most drs ice been to. The staff is always nice and the dr is awesome. I have no complaints
It was my first time there. The people are friendly. Wasn't a long wait. The doctor came in shook my hand sat down talked to me a little. Went over my Xrays, checked my leg and knee. Gave me some Instructions,told me what to exactly what to expect and I was on my way. Over all was a good visit.
Worst bunch of doctors I’ve ever been too. Complete miss diagnosis.
Beware: Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster, David D Sieger, M.D performed a cheilectomy on my left foot that failed to help. He recommended a fusion of the toe. He said I will never have pain in that joint after the fusion. The fusion was “botched “in the words of anther surgeon At Martin Foot. The two neves in my toe were tied up tight in the sutures causing extreme pain and permanent damage. Never again will I go to to orthopedic Assoc of Lancaster.
RecommendedReceived my bill today and saw that I was charged $75.00 for foam heel lifts. in less than 2 weeks both pair that bought at that price came apart and the foam layers were no longer aligned. I found the same inserts on Amazon for $9.99. When I called the billing office, I was told there is nothing she can do about that. Only after I continued on my disappointment did she offer to have a supervisor contact me sometime "next week " when they return from vacation. DR.COOKE SAW MY MOTHER TODAY AFTER SHE FELL DOWN THE STAIRS AND HURT HER KNEE . IT WAS A SHOCK TO ME WHEN MY MOTHER CALLED ME PRACTICALLY IN TEARS AFTER DR.COOKE TOLD HER THAT HER PROBLEM IS THAT SHES MORBIDLY OBESE. MY MOTHER HAS A LAUNDRY LIST OF MEDICAL ISSUES AND FOR A DOCTOR TO TELL MY MOTHER THAT SHES IN DENIAL OVER HER WEIGHT AND PATRONIZING HER BY REFERRING TO HER AS SWEETIE AND NOT LETTING HER SPEAK.
