Do not recommend. Check in is laborious and antiquated. The ONLY person who was pleasant is their first floor receptionist. Therapists did not listen to complaints of pain.amd swelling and the fact tjat I did not feel improvement. Measurements were pushed. Not actual. Did not feel lije the Dr even listened to my problem. Barely looked at my injury.
The first appointment I had was for 2:20 to accompany my daughter, a competitive gymnast. They took her in at 2:00. Never spoke to the Dr. I complained... big time. Suggestied i wouldn't get an MRI for a week. After bitching about shitty service I got an MRI Friday at 5. Crazy enough I took the appt moving holiday plans aside. Arriving Friday at 5..... the MRI machine is broke. Absolute shitty service and quality care. Our source an MRI ... unacceptable ....
