The organization as a whole is fatphobic and not fully embracing of medical knowledge regarding health and fatness. By policy, they discriminate against fat people without by ignoring the actual symptoms of joint pain and giving the careless instruction to lose weight—without even determining if that is an option.
OAL was wonderful when I broke my arm. With knee pain, however, OAL has unethical policies that violate the Patient Code of Rights and the Hippocratic Oath. For fat people reading this, OAL doesn't want your business. Find another place for treatment and spare yourself the trauma OAL will inflict on you because of their bigotry against fat people.
Took to long to address the problem. I went to the emergency room at LGH Wednesday, Thursday to Orthopedic Asso, 4 days later, repeat, , 4 days later, 2:00,, an MRI, next appointment Wednesday, way to long, if it was a heart attack I would be dead
