My girlfriend and I loved living at the Osprey and would have continued to had we not had to relocate for school. The management is as good as it gets and the facilities/amenities are excellent. We looked at each apartment complex when we moved to the south waterfront and this was by far the most impressive. Thanks for a wonderful year Osprey!
I had the pleasure of working with Amethyst. Not only is she professional, she is very sweet and genuine. This Sam G below me sounds like a "petty little bia" throwing names out and taking the time to go on here and leave a negative review. At the end of the day, he is moving into Osprey. I've been trying to get an issue with my neighbor resolved for 3 weeks. I have to wait 5 days to get a response to a simple email. The property manager refuses to take action, and claims that there is no one to contact to report her negligence. If you value living in a community where your peace of living is a priority, I cannot in good conscience recommend moving here. This is a great place - perfect location with a wonderful staff - however they pump fragrance into the lobbies, and this is an accessibility barrier for those with the disability of asthma, allergies, or COPD. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/copd/symptoms-causes/syc-20353679 Please remove the fragrance from the HVAC system it is not necessary and is a barrier.

We try to pick scents that are the least invasive while still making our building smell fresh and inviting. I am amazed that I can't get a tour on a Sunday. I'm flying in for the day to look at apartments. I guess a potential leaser is not worth someone's time! I appreciate the response. Beautiful building and nice staff. However there is a strong artificial fragrance being used in the lobby that we just could not get past. Having an asthmatic disability, it is a health issue too. Please consider the air that we share.

We do like to have our common spaces smelling nice and we try to utilize the minimal amount of scent boxes as we know some people are sensitive to strong smells. I moved here a year ago and I love it. When I relocated here from Hawaii most of my packages were waiting for me in my apartment as well as, a plant and welcome letter. It took me a while to get use to living here, but today I finally went to one of the events. I went to learn about bees that they are adding to the ecosystem but, after the event I learned so much more. I had a few suggestions and each suggestion I had I found out it was already here. I LOVE this place. The staff is so incredibly kind and friendly. All the tenants are so nice. They are so pet friendly. They have a dog washing station and espresso machine. So excited to in Waterfront. Love Aleah. She was so nice and so helpful. Rent today!!!
