We found Osteria Panevino while visiting from Orange County for a night, and it quickly became a favorite. The location in the Gaslamp is perfect, the staff is wonderful, and the food is consistently great. We’ve gotten to know one of the managers, Gioia, quite well, and now it’s our go-to spot every time we’re downtown. Always a fantastic experience!

Made reservations prior to going to a show at Balboa. This was our first time and we had a great dinner! The food was delicious, especially the vegetarian lasagna and the Gnocchi. The wine was also delicious. Highly recommend this family owned spot.

First time at the restaurant. The Osso Bucco was very good. Prices were reasonable , except for the alcohol, thought $ 18 for a measured rocks pour of what i consider to be a well scotch was excessive.
