First time visiting. Very nice experience from bartender to waitress and service staff. Would revisit next time in San Diego.
We selected Osteria Panevino somewhat randomly (though the high star ratings help) and we are so glad we did! Our meal was amazing! We sat out front and our sever was delightful We highly recommend Panevino!!!
Our go to restaurant when we vacation in San Diego Gas Lamp district. My husband was SLIGHTLY disappointed that the bolognese did not have very much meat in it. Price point a little higher than we pay at nice Italian restaurants, however it was still worth going to.
The flavors really brought me back to my time living in Italy.

We dined here to celebrate my daughter’s graduation so we had a large party. It was such a wonderful experience!! The service was so good, our server was very helpful with suggestions that we asked for on food etc. We enjoyed cocktails and 2 large variety appetizers that included fried zucchini, fried calamari, artichoke hearts, burrata and eggplant which were all delicious and really beautifully displayed.
