I love this place. Been here many times now. Food and service are excellent.
We had a great date night dinner at Osteria Panevino. We started with artichokes and carpaccio. After that we had the Osso Bucco and the short rib ravioli. We had a nice bottle of wine with our dinner. The food and the service were both great. All in all a great experience.
Outstanding authentic Italian food. Creative use of ingredients that result in a true dining experience beyond the red table cloth veal parm places. My only critique is that the appetizer of mozzarella, tomatoes, and zucchini was missing the peppers listed on the menu. The server quickly brought them separately. Otherwise a truly outstanding dinner
Overall a great dinner! I had the short rib ravioli and would definitely get it again! Portion size was ok as I was full afterwards, but someone who likes larger portions might need dessert! Server was very good!
We dined at Osteria Panevino on a Tuesday evening with family and had a mixed experience. Always wonderful service good value and sitting on the patio is relaxing. Visit every year even in San Diego for comic con. Thanks!
We thoroughly enjoyed our early dinner at Osteria Panevino. We've been a couple of times in the past and wanted to make another return visit during Comic-Con. This time, they also provided a Comic-Con menu with great pricing. Our portions were generous and quite delicious. Service was friendly and fine. Our only wish was that they should have had Italian songs playing in the background instead of Rock music, which didn't fit the ambience. But we love the place, and the food is terrific. And their Tiramisu is outstanding!
Food was authentic and service was excellent. I highly recommend going there
The food and drinks were outstanding, the service was excellent. We eat here every time we visit San Diego because we know the dining experience will be amazing.
