The food and drinks were outstanding, the service was excellent. We eat here every time we visit San Diego because we know the dining experience will be amazing.
This was our second visit to Panevino and both times they hit it out of the ballpark. The food is impeccable, flavorful and authentic. The short rib ravioli are incredible. Carpaccio is perfection—best I’ve ever tasted. Our server, Sergio, was so warm and awesome. We will definitely be back.

Our waiter was very sweet. The food was average. The new trend of adding truffle oil to everything was not nice. The music was too loud. But our drinks were very good♥️
The restaurant was across the street from my hotel and while the outside appearance was a bit deceiving, the inside was very authentic and quaint. The wine list was great and the bread they give you upon arrival was tasty and had a great crunch to it. I also ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer which had three different types of toppings, one was the typical bruschetta topping, one was artichoke I believe and the last one had an olive topping, which was a little too salty for my liking.
