Excellent food and excellent service. Manager is excellent and makes certain everything is perfectly made and served. One of our favorite Italian restaurants in San Diego.
Best restaurant we ate at during a week in San Diego. The food was absolutely fantastic and they were more than willing to make tweaks to dishes to suit our tastes. All courses were amazing and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend and only regret is that we did not try it sooner so we could have gone back this trip.

Restaurant is in the heart of the Gaslamp district and has great ambiance. Our waiter was very good and the ladies in our group loved his accent. Food special was huge. One small hiccup which precludes the perfect score was in the wine service. One of the ladies ordered a wine thinking she'd ordered a glass - she got a bottle. So instead of a 15 dollar charge it was 60.00. Wine was excellent so she wasn't too sad about it, but would be good if waiter would confirm intent to order a full bottle. It may have been her error.
