Cavetelli pasta dish was good, but the stuffed sole was chewy with too much breading. Veal Paso buccaneers was tasty but the saffron risotto was below expectations. Service was very attentive though.
We ate outside on the street. The food was pretty good. The service was really good. Overall it was okay Italian food. Not the best I have had in San Diego but a good place if you’re looking for an Italian place in the gaslamp district.
We visited here based on the reviews on Open Table. It was absolutely fantastic! The service was wonderful. Our food was delicious with healthy portions. We got the charcuterie board, gnocchi, kids chicken Alfredo, Caesar salad and cannolis. It’s the perfect atmosphere for families or date night. 5 star, highly recommend!
My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary dinner at Osteria Panevino. The service we received, the food, and the experience altogether was above and beyond our expectations! Sensational! Five stars!
Our dinner was great! We loved our server, a handsome 6’+ man that I unfortunately cannot recall his name.. we enjoyed the food, cocktails and dessert. The tiramisu was so light and smooth!! Highly recommend.
We had such a nice experience last evening. Annalisa took care of us and she’s so friendly and so attentive and took the time to banter with us a little bit. The young woman at the hostess stand was as friendly as you could ask for and we sat outside close enough to the entrance so we could see that she was exactly the same way with everyone who came in to eat The Caesar salad was really good not too much garlic which is perfect for me we also had the Daniele pizza which was excellent. Literally one of our FAVORITE places to eat in all of Southern California. Not only is the food INCREDIBLE (and we are FOODIES), the people are so kind (it was my birthday) and the drinks are superb. One of a kind place with one of a kind service.
