Apparently they don’t know how to handle scares and anxious cats. Labelling them spicy and judging them. Wouldn’t recommend if you have a cat that doesn’t like the vet

I would just like to say a big thank you to everyone at Ourimbah Veterinary Hospital for the kindness that was shown to me and my beautiful Qwak (the awesome chicken) yesterday. I have been a loyal client for many years, on the weekend we had a horse collapse the vet on call was horrible, her only concern was my ability to pay, I realise now that nothing could be done but a bit of compassion would not have hurt, I have always loved the care that the team at Ourimbah has given but this last encounter has left a reluctant feeling it wasn’t even a middle of the night call it was 4pm !
More interested in getting extra money out of you than caring passionately for the animal. Took animal to vet, was treated poorly, misdiagnosed problem. Refused antibiotics when we asked for them and animal died the next day. Not happy and very sad for my animal
Even though I have moved from Ourimbah, I still travel to take my two dogs here. They have to be the most loving, caring & kind people (which is what you want when you go to a vet). This does not feel like a business in anyway & the staff here have the animal at the core of everything they do. The lady on the front (Lee I think) is so thoughtful & has such great customer service skills. The vets here are incredible and are so professional in everything they do. Amazing amazing amazing 💙
