Dr Ann Hill was fabulous today with my Shylo ( old girl at 17 years of age! )Ann is so caring and gentle and understanding, I left with peace of mind and knowledge that I have the best care for Shylo
Thank You Ourimbah Vet for your genuine caring advise for our sick bubba goat! I have spoke to numerous vets over the past week asking for advise, most did give their opinions and advise on what we could do for her, but Ourimbah was outstanding with the way they genuinely care and their want to help out in every way possible. Thank you guys! Now it's all fingers and toes crossed! ��
I called them today to find out information about to deceased our pet and also about to move to NZ and they were really helpful and very friendly! We definitely will bring our furry one to Ourimbah Veterinary.
Tom is a wonderful vet, you won't find anyone else more caring or dedicated to your pets health than him. He goes out of his way to help and actually calls you to follow up and see how things are going. Tom has literally saved my King Charles Cavaliers life and I couldn't be happier with the result. I'll be taking my pets to see him for the rest of their lives as I know they'll be taken care of properly and with the respect that they deserve.
There was absolutely no "RIP" for our beautiful baby boy, Donkey DoLittle thanks to OVH. Dr Tom & staff came to the rescue, treating Donkey for a life threatening case of urinary calculi. Dr Tom was compassionate & caring but sensible (the animal comes first). We wouldn't take our menagerie anywhere else
I have now taken both my rabbit and my cat to Ourimbah Vets. I would not go anywhere else. All the staff are loving, caring and kind. When my cat was a kitten(Henry) he was sick with cat flu and on Boxing day I didn't hesitate to call Ourimbah Vets, I got over the phone advice and told to bring him in. Henry was checked over and put him on the road to recovery with on going support. With their advise and guidance I now have a happy and health cat.
