My pug Zeb was recently admitted and unfortunately didn't come home after his illness. The staff were all so compassionate and treated Zeb with so much respect and love. Dr Henry cared for Zeb. It's very rare you find a professional so empathic and compassionate as Henry is. He called me several times a day to give me updates. I am so glad Zeb spent his last days in such a caring environment. Thank you :)
I received fantastic, caring service when I brought my cat in for a rabies vaccination in preparation for an overseas move. Lee very kindly cleaned my poor cat and her crate and provided a fresh towel after a wee accident on the trip up. She is so gentle with the animals and their owners too! Great service from Dr Annabelle too.
