Had the procedure done today. I had the open palm procedure done about 10 years ago and it was a 2 month recovery. Was happy to hear that the Ovation Hand procedure was only a 2 week recovery. Process was short and sweet. About an hr total was spent there. As soon as they had me lie down on the table, my fingers and forearm went numb. Just as quick, when they used the thread to cut the tendon, the numbness and pain WAS GONE. Was extremely happy about that. I was able to leave right after and there was no need for someone to... read more

I had the standard carpal tunnel release done on my left wrist a few years back by another medical provider, and this past Friday, I had my right wrist done with the Ovation technique at Ovation Hand Institute in Green Bay. Words do not express the difference in the two procedures and how much better this Ovation procedure is. After years of numbness and tingling, I reluctantly scheduled my traditional open carpal tunnel release procedure at a different medical center. Someone there mentioned the ultrasound guided release technique, so I immediately looked at Ovation Hand Institute. Their familiarity with the process and welcoming bedside manner made ... read more

Dr. Harrison and the staff are professional and outstanding. We had a good talk (boats) while he performed the procedure. And just as Dr Harrison, stated, I would feel relief that night from waking up with hand discomfort, and how correct he was!!! Thank you, Dr Harrison and staff members.

I've had carpal tunnel release surgery for both of my hands with Dr. Niedfeldt with excellent results. Dr. Niedfeldt was patient and talked through the whole procedure clearly with me. My post surgery experience was just as he described. I'm glad that I didn't wait so long as others. I probably lived with the discomfort of carpal tunnel tingling for 3-4 years and dropping things for the past 9 months. I tried homeopathic and chiropractic treatments before this low invasive surgery with minimal scaring. I've had no complicati... read more
