I was scheduled for CTR on both wrists in Dec 24. After doing some research I cancelled both appts and scheduled at Ovation. I could not be more pleased, the staff the doctor, the procedure and ease of recovery so far has been priceless!! I work a physical job as well as have quite a bit of desk time and I really haven’t missed a beat, other then being smart about the physical side. My main reason to seek the procedure was numbness at nights and especially during my passion, riding MTB and gravel bikes. I just couldn’t le... read more

My husband went in today to have his left hand done. Super professional staff from reception to PA Mikayla to Dr. Harrison. Everything was well explained, and it was about 15 minutes from start to finish. I even got to watch. There is only a local anesthetic given in two spots (one in the wrist and one in the palm). Minimal blood, and super cool to watch the ultrasound along with the doctor. My husband was awake the whole time chatting with Dr. Harrison, and his hand only has to be wrapped for two days. In three days... read more

Dr Harrison and team were great to work with for this procedure. In and out in about 20 minutes. I have had symptoms for years especially during snowmobile season. My hands would go numb after minimal time riding. I opted for this procedure since it was minimally invasive. The numbness was gone that day after each procedure. I did experience some mild pillar pain around the 3-4 week mark but those symptoms subsided with some massaging and exercise techniques. I would recommend this thread procedures to anyone over the tradit... read more

I had one hand done old school being cut open and one hand with Ovation's method. I had it done 9 days ago and I have 90% functionality back already. This has been so much less painful and the healing is so much faster. I would never recommend the old school way to anyone. I will recommend this way to anyone that thinks they need to get it done. I was already able to crochet and my hand/ fingers didn't tingle at all. Thank you so much!! the picture shown was the bruising 2 days after.

Highly recommend! Fast, efficient and very easy to work with. I got both hands fine within a week of each other and have not had any issues! Very friendly and informative staff and they got me in quickly! So appreciative of them as I should’ve gotten this done a long time ago! Thank you to the Ovation Hand Institute!!

The staff is amazing. Mikaela explained the procedure so thoroughly to us! Dr. Harrison was so friendly. He explained each step to my husband before he started. I was able to watch the procedure through a two way window! This procedure is perfect for him! The short recovery time will make things much easier! Thank you to Dr.Harrison and his staff. See you in October when he has his other wrist done!

It’s been about 15 months since I had my carpal tunnel release at Ovation. I can’t even explain how much this procedure has improved my quality of life. I did a lot of research before deciding to go the non-invasive route- I was nervous, but PA Susan and Dr. Harrison took the time to answer my ridiculous amount of questions and go over every part of the procedure in detail. The procedure was so quick and had such low discomfort that it was shocking. Susan and Dr. Harrison were also LGBTQIA friendly and just kind people in ge... read more

After 20+ years of technical writing, my hands have paid the price. I have had multiple trigger finger surgeries to 8 fingers over the years and on December 30th, 2022, I had carpal tunnel surgery performed at the Ovation Hand Institute. Although both procedures are very short surgeries under local, the procedure and recovery at the Institute was a breeze compared to trigger finger surgery. I knew I was in need of carpal tunnel surgery, but I was very skeptical of the most common procedure used for this infliction. I wa... read more

Just about 3 weeks post-surgery and my hand has healed up nicely. Dr. Harrison and his team made it a very welcoming experience and I highly recommend them for your carpal tunnel surgery needs. I will be going back in to see them in a few weeks to get my other hand done and am looking forward to a pain-free future!
