Dr Harrison and his staff were excellent. The procedure was quick and recovery so far has been a breeze. I slept through the night for the first time in months without pain! I chose Ovation Hand Institute because they offer a minimally-invasive approach to carpal tunnel surgery. I needed to have the procedure performed on BOTH hands. They did my right hand on a Tuesday and the left hand on Friday of the same week. My carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms were gone the next day. Ice and ibuprofen is all I needed during recovery. I had my first procedure on my right hand last Friday, August 13 and back to work on Friday. (I still ice my wrist area and take ibuprofen occasionally, and don’t lift anything that’s more than 10 lbs.) The fact that it was Friday the 13th didn’t stop me!
