I had both hands done back to back yesterday and Friday. The members of this team are angels on earth. I was extremely nervous, anxiety overload. I have suffered with carpal tunnel syndrome for close to 30 years. This alternative procedure sounded much better than the traditional method. Tears of joy when they were finished. After suffering for 20+ years with carpal tunnel I had both hands done at the Chicago office. What a great staff! Everything is explained thoroughly. The doctors give you a play by play while doing the procedure. Dr. Harrison and Dr. Zelby are great. The PA - Tarrah O'Donnell did a wonderful job of informing me what to do and what not to do and assisting during the procedure. Thanks to all.
