My wife and I recently worked with James on a refinance on our home. We were able to lock in a substantially lower rate than we first purchased and James made everything so easy and seamless! We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to refinance or with purchasing a new home as well!
Nancy was very attentive and cordial during the entire process and managed everything within her control very well. If anything came up, she was very quick to call or email to inform me of whatever needed to be done to continue or finish the process. Although the loan did not close on time, I do not believe it was Nancy's fault. The loan not closing on time was a minor inconvenience and did not disrupt any plans or appointments.
