Wow. Wow. Wow. We handed Betty what we thought would be a slam dunk, and an easy one at that. Our loan was not easy. The listing side had us about reasy to give up. When we were at our lowest, Betty was there to pick us up and get is back to seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Wonder woman is an understatement. Nancy was wonderful to work with during my first home experience. She answered all my questions even when they were probably obvious. I have never bought a house before and she knew that! She worked well with me. My husband questioned the home buying process because it went so SMOOTHLY. We had no issues. I will always go through Nancy!
René was awesome andI couldn’t speak more highly of her. I am a first time home buyer at the age of 25 and she did everything which made it seem less. We had multiple conversations that she didn’t make me feel “stupid” for asking or re asking questions. I would definitely recommend her to anyone of my friends who are also first time homebuyers!
Kent is an amazing and hard working man who was pushing to get things to done to the best of his abilities for us, he made sure to do things the way we wanted and make sure we got the best help possible with all the first time homebuyer stuff.

Exceptional in his profession. Michael has an innate ability to guide through the complexities of the loan process in a manner that is exceptionally professional, yet there is a warmth and kindness that is always present. ( Typically, this profession does NOT include knowledge, skill and kindness!) Certainly, this young man should be an example and possibly a trainer for new loan officers for this company!! OVM should keep him and continue to develop him to the masterful human being he is going to continue to become!!!!
When purchasing a home, we gave Betty what we thought was going to be an easy transaction. Well... it was not an easy one, we had multiple hoops to jump through on another transaction that made the purchase with her look almost impossible at times. Betty stick with us, had the patience of a saint, and got us to the finish line!
