This was absolutely the smoothest home buying experience I have ever had. There were no last minute requests for irrelevant financial documentation and our home closed on time without any hiccups. Pattie was also super responsive to any email I sent (typically they replied within minutes).
Very prompt and informative. They made sure we understood everything before agreeing. We felt comfortable throughout the whole process. It was quick and easy.
Abby was wonderful to work with, great communication, always responded promptly and if not available she would have someone in her team contact me. She would provided Loan details in multiple ways until I was able to understand what we were dealing with. As a first time homebuyer I was very thankful because she was able to guide me through the entire loan and homebuying process. Highly recommended!
