Betty was great and accomdating! Even with the panadimic taking place. We could never meet up in person but that didn't stop her from making sure we were getting the best! She explained the process to us , kept us up to date on everything we needed and made sure we were getting the best. She would call us to check in on the progress and made sure we were on top of things.

Kim Evers was recommended to us by our Realtor and we were hesitant to go through a preferred lender rather than Navy Federal. Kim offered us a better rate than NFCU and was a lot quicker when it came to the admin side of getting a loan approved, which made our home buying experience extremely easy. I ended up having to deploy with no notice and my wife was able to take care of everything with the help of the OVM team after I left.
