Nancy is wnderful to work with. In this quarantine time, she was on time, responsive and always helpful. We were worried the process buying a home in this crazy time would be a nightmare. Nancy guided us throught everything calmly and quickly.
We started working with Edward back in November. We had a house on the market in South Carolina and a tenant in the other making the process very complicated. But he was always there to provide answers and run numbers whenever our situation changed. He gave us advice and when I learned something new he was always there with advice and help to get where we are now.
When choosing a Lender in today's time it is hard to find one u can trust, but that is not the case with OVM Financial i was suprised on how open the communication was they were honest with me from the beginning even when something i thought would be beneficial really would have hurt me in the long run they gave me good advice i would recommend Matt and this team and actually i have recommended them, very professional.
George address all the concerns that me and my wife had about the loan for our new home. George made me and my wife felt secure knowing that he had the best interest for us to ensure that we purchase our dream home. George is a great person and he put his clients in the best position to purchase their dream home.
He and his team stayed with us through the whole COVID-19 issues. While lots of people I knew were getting dropped by their lenders, we were able to push through the application and underwriting and everything closed onetime. Super thankful for all his help!

Very patient with first time home buyers and went above and beyond in explaining how the whole process works and what to expect paperwork wise. You could always either email or text her directly if you have any further questions or concerns. I really don’t know what else to say and I love that basket that she gives you once everything has been finalized.
I can't say enough about Ben and his company. He worked a jumbo mortgage at a rate I never even imagined. His availability and responsiveness was unbelievable. He was even available when he was halfway across the world on vacation!
