I was a little hesitant to re-finance . I have heard a lot of myth on the negative impact ! Mrs. Betty was able to educate us and help us see the big picture. She was so patient and kind and did not mind spending hours on the phone to answer all of our questions. She made the process quick and easy. She is also fluent in Spanish! That was a big bonus point for us! I will highly recommend her to all my family and friends.
Betty Tharpe is a consummate professional. She took the time to explain (more than once, if necessary) the home-buying process step-by-step so that we would know what to expect at every turn.
