I really appreciated the hard work and easy solutions John and his team provided for our family as we closed on a town home in St. Augustine. The file upload portal, direct communication (sometimes daily), and the financing options were absolutely awesome. I would prefer to work with them on any new financing issue I have in the future. They made the process easy and a lot less stressful than my past experiences when financing a new home.
