The overall experience was great from me. I would recommend this lender every time. We closed on time and without issue. The closing was the fastest I had heard of.
Full confidence in Scott's decisions and forecasts. I called and e-mailed Scott about any worry. He always helped. He coached me to a better credit score and shortened the closing date to fit my school needs (kids in school near new house). It was a great experience and now I am at the post-military-retirement home and acres that I dreamed of. Happy family.

Tim was exceptional in performing his duties and made the refinancing process virtually seamless. I did not have to alter my schedule at all in order to work with Tim, he was extremely flexible and always a phone call away for any questions I had.
