Martin was always professionally pleasant and friendly making him easy to work with, even when the road became super bumpy. Neither my interest rate or my closing cost ended at what was disclosed at the beginning, but Martin did what he could to keep the variance low, which I appreciate. There were indeed moments of frustration, but working with Martin was not one of them.
Kim is great at what she does. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She understands that buying a house can be very overwhelming and she will make sure u understand every step of the process. She is the best.

Betty was an amazing loan officer! She guided me thriugh the steps of buying a home and was there with me every step of the way . Always answers her phone and answers to any questions or concern!
Rene was recommended to us by our agent and I was blown away by how diligent she was. She understood the puts and takes of our other properties and made sound recommendations to optimize our costs and get our loan approved quickly. She checked in several times a day and followed up immediately on anything that might delay our close date. (I wish I had employees like Rene.)
George recently helped my husband and I purchase a new home using our VA loan benefit. James Oaks was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions and had excellent customer service skills. Definitely a team player that is valuable to have on your side.
If your looking for a lender that keeps on top of your situation and has your best interest in mind, this is it! Scott walked me through this loan with ease and continually reassured me I had nothing to worry about. His team is responsive and had quick answers to any random question you may have, no matter how ridiculous you think it is. Scott gave me recommdations to help me get a better rate and when I followed his advise I was able to purchase the home I wanted. You can't go wrong with Scott and his team from OVM.
Ernie and his team were extremely knowledgeable on which loan type was best for us. Ernie was great to explain the process, and was prompt to answer any and all questions we had. He and his team were organized and make the process easy!
