Stephen Holland with OVM financial did an excellent job with our home loan. He helped us receive and obtain everything we needed to make it happen. We closed in less than 3 weeks thanks to Stephen Holland. He was very time-sensitive and aggressive in order to make our closing happen on or before the closing date. Matt Redford and the OVM team were outstanding ! What I thought was an impossible situation was resolved and all the potential hurdles throughout this loan process were overcome. 3 banks and financial institutions were unable to work with us because of some very complicated financial issues.
