The pre-approval with Kris at OVM was very fast. Kris and OVM work with you every step of the way from the application process to closing. Anytime I had questions they were answered promptly. Kris and OVM go above and beyond to make sure the process is as smooth as possible.
Kim was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She made the process so easily and seamless. Extremely professional, she was wonderful to work with.
Kim and her team were amazing at getting us not only qualified for our home loan, but also helping us make the best decision when it came to finding a home we could afford comfortably! Kim and the team at OVM were incredibly fast at answering all of our questions and we love the experience of having a local office and person to sit down with if needed!

Kim made the entire process super easy. We originally had another lender from a different bank who wasn’t able to make our closing date. We contacted Kim for a second opinion and she responded immediately and worked into the evening to make our loan work by our necessary date. Really great at her job and a very nice person overall!
Kimberly was always always polite and answered all my questions immediately even if it was on a weekend or after work hours which I really appreciate since my schedule for work has always been crazy I would highly recommend her
