Called Bryan about home loans and from the beginning he was more than happy help in all aspects. Answered questions early in the morning until late at night. Him and his crew at OVM Financial were helpful throughout the process. Loan did not close on time however that was the underwriters fault!
I was working with a different lending company and they were putting me through the ringer, needing document after document (after I had already sent them numerous times)...I never received a disclosure letting me know what closing costs would be and I finally said, 'enough is enough'....my realtor introduced me to George and he was a dream come true. I was very impressed with Bill Fisher and his OVM Team. The loan process was very smooth, efficient and on schedule. The team made every effort to keep me updated with the process flow and closing schedule.
I was referred to Bill at OVM by a mutual acquaintance. I was shopping around at the time and no one even compared to Bill and his willingness to help me through the process.
David was professional, honest, and explained the process up front. He kept me abreast of updates throughout the process. Any time I left a message, David returned my call the same day. He delivered on what he said he could do. Awesome experience!
