I will start of by saying I did not end up going with OVM financial but I will tell that Phillip is a terrific guy who will work tirelessly for you and he will put in the man hours. Because of Phillips hard work he was able to get me a better deal with another lender. He was very fast always very fast getting back to me and communication was a breeze. Phillip is a top notch guy and if you're looking for a home loan give this man a call!
After receiving a referral from one of my co-workers for a lender, I decided to give Mr. Meachum a call. After a basic phone screen, we met at OVM to go over all the details. He explained everything and answered any questions that I had. Chet was also available by phone after the typical work day hours if I needed anything answered. He definitely works for you. I was a first time home buyer and he made the process super easy. He's a local to the Tidewater area too, which is a plus. Thanks again for everything man!

Great company and an easy process. I walked in to meet my loan officer after a quick and basic phone call, and got right into the process. He was always on standby if I had any questions. I definitely recommend this company.
Steve was great to work with, he helped my wife and I purchase our first investment property which also happened to be a challenging foreclosure. He kept us informed through the entire process, we will definitely use him again for any future mortgage needs.
Everything went good but the tax transcripts took longer to get but overall it was a nice smooth experience. She was very helpfull on everything and was clear in all the things she needed from us.
Kim went above and beyond our expectations! From the moment we contacted her to get pre- qualified for the loan she was professional, knowledgeable and curteous.
During our loan process Betty was always avail to answer our many questions. If I left a message she called me back immediately. Every part of the loan process went smoothly. I highly recommend anyone looking for a lender to call Betty!
