Jonathan was awesome to work with from start to finish. We were buying a vacation home and had a short window of time in Brunswick County before having to return to our PA home. We called him for the first time late on Friday afternoon. He worked with well into that evening. He also answered multiple questions for us the next day on Saturday. Kim was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. I had to close on our house in North Carolina while still living in Colorado. Kim made the process incredibly easy and pain-free. Kimberly Evers was very thorough and was very helpful. We bought our first home and had little knowledge about the lending process. She was very helpful every step of the way and accommodating us in our specific situation. We were across country in California with a 3 hr difference and she still managed to make things personal and made things simple for us. We really appreciate all her hard work and would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a loan.

Being a first time home buyer I was nervous about the whole loan process. My process working with Russell was a breeze. Russell went above and beyond for me and my finance. He exhausted all his resources to give us extra lender credit. Also helped us with closing cost. Russell always answered/or returned our calls when we had questions. It was a pleasure working with Russell and his team. If I had to do it again I will do it with Russell and his team.

After 6 months of struggling with a bank loan we approached Marylee and she and OVM had us in our new home in 2 weeks! Great to work with and very responsive to questions.

She was awesome to to work with, and did everything to help me out and answer all my questions she was very friendly never had an issue I feel like she did everything in her power to get me My loan and also I requested to close early and she did everything possible to get everything ready so I did end up closing early
