Bryan provided advice and support throughout our long process of purchasing at home. We were able to reach him whenever we needed something and overall made the mortgage process a pleasant experience.
Mr. Miles was awesome to work with. I got pre-qualified quickly, and was able negotiate the sale of the house with confidence. After the contract was signed Bryan walked us through everything we needed to do and was always available to answer any questions. We closed on time and were very happy with our rate. I will use him again in the future and would recommend anyone buying or refinancing contact Bryan at the start.
Some friends of mine used OVM to purchase their first home in Virginia Beach and recommended their services. From the initial phone interview to signature of the closing documents I could not have asked for an easier service. We were even able to execute a shortened closing period on short notice to accommodate my out of town work schedule.
