Avonta was diligent and very easy to speak with during the overall home purchase process. He answered all my questions with kindness and explained all areas if I had any questions. If he didn't know the answer at any given time, he would immediately get back to me with the answer. In my dealings with him he showed me his integrity and honesty. I would recommend Avonta and would use him if/when needed in the future.
Extremely helpful and responsive. During a small inspection issue he helped us actually lower closing costs while locking in our favorable interest rate.
