Ryan was very knowledgeable and super responsive for our refinance. We had first attempted to refinance with a well known banking company, they were terrible and we wasted two months before Ryan came to the rescue. Matt helped out a lot with me and my wife’s first joke purchase. He answered all the questions I had with no issue. Matt made my first home purchase painless.
Chip went above and beyond for my husband and I. He kept in touch with us about everything and ensured we were in a safe price point without stretching too far. We spoke to a couple different lenders but Chip was by far the best out there. Should a friend be in the market for a home I will be sure to refer them to OVM and more specifically to Chip to ensure they get the same great service.

I am very satisfied with working with John. I am a first time homebuyer so I had a lot of questions and randomly throughout the day. John was accessible via text, email and only a phone call away. He was knowledgeable and he communicated clearly so I could understand my options and make the right decision. Ernie and his team were very helpful every step of the way during my first time buying a home. Great communication throughout the entire process, emails, calls etc every step of the way. Always kept me up to date of what was going on and where my loan was in the process. I would highly recommend OVM.
