Janis is a great friend and she did an excellent job representing this property. The house had much going for it but there was an issue with it being in a flood zone. Janis had a contract in 4 days and the remainder is history. I made some mistakes after listing the property that Janis was able to work around regardless of my stupidity. Our agent was excellent !! I would not hesitate to recommend Jackie ! She is very helpful and makes a point of following up on questions she does not have the answer to. We met our first friend in Gulfport.
Danielle handled everything from start to finish. She was always responsive and most of the time within minutes. There was a showing request while I was of town and Danielle went to my home to be sure everything was in order before having the client view the home. The office functions as a team and it shows.
