I called for an appointment as I am between vets after cancelling Banfield. They gave me a same day appt. No one mentioned that I was seeing a "stand in" vet while the regular staff vet was on vacation. The staff and vet were very kind and proficient. When my pup's eye was not any better within two weeks, I called back for a referral to an eye specialist. I was told to come back in so their regular vet could evaluate it and go from there. They preformed surgery to remove a tumor from our dog, Joey, when Banfield refused. They gave us a couple more happy years and was there when we had to let him go. They treated us with love and respect from start to finish. I will never trust anyone with my babies the way I trust the staff here!

My dog was bit 2 times within 4 months and the last time he was hurt under there watch, they could not tell me what happen. Vet care was poor as well. The dr. Put a 50 cent netting around my dog's head to stop his ear from bleeding. Cheap and poor service. I had to take my dog to my vet the next day and he got 6 stitches. I pulled my dog out of the daycare and will never return. They also have a office manager that never returns complaint calls. Again stay clear of this place. More about money than the care of your dog/ pet.
